I ran across a great article today on PC Magazine’s website about a website called PleaseRobMe.
The website searches Twitter and other websites to find people who are not at their house. The site is not designed to be malicious in nature. Instead, the authors wanted to make people aware of the type of information they put out on the Internet, especially Twitter.
I thought it was important to make this point to anyone following my website, Twitter, or Facebook Page to be careful what you put on the Internet. Make sure to pass this message on to kids and anyone else who you feel needs to hear this message.
